It gives us great pleasure to announce last Thursday night at the famous Savoy Hotel in London, Brand & Co in partnership with Top Spring Australia was awarded both the Asia Pacific Regional Winner and Global Winner for “Best International Development Marketing” 2024 for our work on Ode, Double Bay.

The 30th International Property Awards celebrated the very best in architecture, development, marketing, interior design and real estate, with 63 projects receiving international recognition in a variety of categories.

Managing Director Anthony Moulton said “It’s tremendously rewarding to be recognised on the international level among the world’s best in the property industry and that our work has shone on the international stage. It is also an honour to be the first Australian company to be awarded both the Asia Pacific regional winner and global winner in the same year.”

The event hosted in the historic Savoy ballroom was attended by property industry professionals from all over the world, the majority of whom came to London specially for this event. Guests were invited to network and connect at the IPAX Global event during the day, and then gather for a gala dinner and the awards presentation in the evening. On stage presenting the awards was the President of the Awards, Stuart Shield and one of the chairmen of judges, Lord Thurso.

The International Property Awards recognise excellence in architecture, interior design, development and real estate. When entering the awards, participants must submit a portfolio to be examined by an independent judging panel of over 100 international leaders of industry. Well-recognised and very highly respected within the property industry globally, this year the judges picked from over 2,400 entries from 125 different countries to announce regional and international winners, and determine which projects deserved the accolade of the ‘World’s Best’. For regional winners, award-winning projects are named as best in their region of either Asia Pacific, Africa, Arabia, Europe or Americas.

This event was one of a series of glamorous gala dinners hosted all around the globe, which in previous years has included Dubai, Bangkok, Las Vegas, Singapore, Barbados, Toronto and Shanghai. The recent event in London represents the pinnacle of the awards cycle, with only the best of the best invited to attend.

President Stuart Shield said: “I was so pleased to welcome all of our highest-achieving winners that came together in London to not only present the awards but to provide a valuable platform where fellow winners can network with each other, to share ideas and form new business ventures and partnerships, as has often happened in the past.”
