One Sydney Park is a landmark site.
Surrounded on 3 sides by the established landscape of one of Sydney’s most loved urban green spaces – Sydney Park, it is located 6kms from the Sydney CBD in an area that has undergone significant gentrification and revitalisation. The existing warehouses would be replaced by 400 luxury apartments across eight six storey buildings with extensive resident amenities, landscaping and a new public plaza.
We conceptualised and delivered a clearly defined brand strategy that not only captured the vision for this unique lifestyle destination but maximised customer relevance and differentiation. Our strategy aligned everyone with the new brand essence, values, associated visual language and tone of communication which resonated with the community, target market and created a sense of belonging and purpose. It also demonstrated how it could be translated into a marketing strategy and creative solutions for the luxury apartments.
We commissioned prolific Artist, Garth Knight to create an original artwork for the Display Gallery.
