What a remarkable way to begin the new year. Last Friday evening at the iconic Savoy Hotel in London, Brand & Co and Eterno were honoured as both the 2026 Asia-Pacific Regional Winner and Global Winner for Best International Development Marketing at the International Property Awards for the second year running.
To be recognised again at a global level by what is widely regarded as the most prestigious awards programme in the international property industry is both humbling and deeply rewarding. This achievement is especially meaningful to share this moment on stage with our long-standing client & Managing Director Sydney Ma, a valued partner and close friend. Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing The Newlands to life from our client and core team to the many consultants and collaborators whose collective vision, discipline and exceptional teamwork made this possible.
