Launching One Central Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City

One Central Saigon was officially launched this month in Ho Chi Minh City, marking the first public unveiling of the brand developed by Brand & Co in partnership with Masterise Group.
Held in the heart of District 1, the launch brought together senior leadership from Masterise Group, Marriott International, alongside representatives from government, business and cultural institutions, reflecting the significance of the project within Vietnam’s growing international presence.
Positioned directly opposite Ben Thanh Market, One Central Saigon has been conceived as Vietnam’s first mixed-use luxury destination of its kind, bringing together The Ritz-Carlton, Saigon, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Saigon, hospitality experiences and premium workplaces within a single connected address.
Part of the development, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Saigon introduces a new chapter in branded ultra-luxury living, while The Ritz-Carlton, Saigon marks the hotel brand’s debut in Vietnam.
More broadly, One Central Saigon reflects a changing expectation around luxury destinations globally, where branding plays an increasingly central role in shaping how places are understood, experienced and remembered.
As One Central Saigon begins its next chapter within Ho Chi Minh City, the project represents a new expression of how identity, architecture and experience can come together at a city scale.
