The Penthouse Collection marks the pinnacle of the Newlands development, a landmark project Brand & Co has been proud to partner on for several years.

To reflect the rare exclusivity of these residences, we created four handcrafted finishes boxes containing exquisite marble samples and carefully curated collateral, paired with bespoke linen-bound brochures. Each set was presented in a custom-designed tote, offering a tactile and memorable expression of the brand.

This highly considered campaign embodies the craftsmanship, prestige, and sophistication of the Newlands vision, from narrative and identity through to collateral and presentation.
