81 Yarranabbe

A Symphony of the Senses

81 Yarranabbe, Darling Point occupies a rare position on Sydney Harbour, where three historic sites have been consolidated into one remarkable waterfront estate. Four decades in the making, the project brings together architecture by Alec Tzannes and interiors by the London-based studio Banda, led by Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

The brand strategy, creative direction and identity reflect the rarity of just eight residences of genuine scale and international calibre. Conceived for an ultra-high-net-worth clientele, the brand is expressed through a series of bespoke presentation pieces, personally delivered. Storytelling and photography shape a narrative of legacy, mastery and an intrinsic connection to the harbour.

A commission by fine-art photographer Murray Fredericks anchors the visual language, capturing the site across shifting light, weather and seasons. Every element, from tone to materiality, is designed for private, one-to-one engagement through an understated and elegant aesthetic.

Further elements of the project will be revealed over time.
