A Successful and Seamless Acquisition
The acquisition of Investec Australia Property Fund marked the beginning of a new chapter. Brand & Co. was commissioned to create the name and identity that would define the Irongate Group, capturing the strength of the team and the ambition of the business.
The result was Irongate Group, a name chosen to convey both resilience and opportunity. Iron evokes durability, solidity, and trust, while Gate suggests access, movement, and growth. Together, the two elements create a brand that is confident, open, and forward-looking, a fitting expression for a corporate entity with strong foundations and ambitious horizons.
From there, Brand & Co. developed the brand strategy, identity, and style guide, supported by overarching creative concepts for corporate communications. As Irongate took shape, the new brand was applied across digital platforms, a bespoke website, office signage, corporate assets, and a premium direct mail campaign targeted to both clients and investors.
