Brand & Co were commissioned by Eminent Property to create a brand identity and campaign for seven whole-floor luxury residences designed by SJB. Inspired by the exclusiveness and bespoke design, we created a brand that was timeless, refined and sophisticated and one that would resonate with buyers seeking an all-encompassing luxury design.

Relevé – meaning “to rise” in French – encapsulates these one-of-a-kind residences and represents an unparalleled new level in luxury design and architecture. The visual identity personifies the discreet luxury, art deco influences and character of a boutique hotel.
