Brand & Co. congratulates our long-standing client Top Spring on being named a finalist in the category of Excellence in Project Marketing for Ode, Double Bay at The Urban Developer Awards. We are proud to have collaborated with Top Spring Australia on the brand and marketing for this landmark project, and wish them every success when the winners are announced on August 30.

Adding to this achievement, Brand & Co. and Top Spring were also named one of only three nominees for Best Development Marketing across the Asia Pacific at the International Property Awards in Bangkok, Thailand. We congratulate all fellow nominees and look forward to the regional and global winners being announced at The Savoy Hotel, London in December 2023.
